Town & Country Pest Solutions ("we," "us," or "our") uses automated text messaging to communicate with customers about our pest control services. By receiving SMS messages from us, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
We send automated text messages to help communicate with our customers. These messages may include missed call follow-ups, appointment reminders, review requests after completed services, and responses to contact form submissions.
2. Consent
By providing your phone number to Town & Country Pest Solutions — whether by calling us, submitting our contact form, or scheduling a service — you consent to receive automated text messages related to our pest control services. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. In most cases, you will receive between 1 and 5 messages per interaction — for example, a follow-up after a missed call or a review request after a completed job. We do not send ongoing marketing blasts.
4. Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for any charges from your carrier related to receiving text messages.
5. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in.
6. Help
For help or questions about our messaging, reply HELP to any message you receive, or contact us directly (see Section 10).
7. Supported Carriers
Our messages are delivered through major U.S. mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
