Common Questions
What areas do you serve?

We proudly serve the Greater Orlando area — including Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Windermere, and Dr. Phillips. Not sure if you're in our service area? Just call or text us and we'll let you know right away.

What pests do you treat?

We handle the full range of common Florida pests — ants, roaches, spiders, silverfish, centipedes, millipedes, and other household pests. We also have dedicated services for termites, rodents (mice and rats), mosquitoes, bed bugs, and commercial pest control. If you're not sure whether we treat your pest problem, just call or text — we'll let you know.

Do you offer free inspections?

Yes — every new customer gets a free, no-obligation inspection for general household pests (ants, spiders, rodents, and the like). A technician identifies the problem, checks entry points and the conditions attracting them, and builds a clear treatment plan. Specialized inspections, such as termite, are quoted separately.

How much does it cost?

Every home and pest problem is a little different, so we give you an honest, customized quote instead of a one-size-fits-all price. Reach out for your free inspection and estimate, and we'll take care of the rest.

How quickly can you schedule service?

Call or text us and we'll find the soonest available appointment for you. We'll let you know the next opening as soon as you reach out.

Are your treatments safe for pets and children?

Yes. We use pet-safe and family-safe treatments designed for homes with kids and pets — effective on the pest, gentle on everyone else. If a particular treatment ever needs extra caution, we'll let you know in advance.

Is Town & Country Pest Solutions licensed and insured?

Yes. Town & Country Pest Solutions is fully licensed and insured. Owner Edwin Cordova brings over 20 years of pest control experience and personally oversees every job.

How can I trust the technician in my home?

All of our technicians are background-checked and thoroughly trained before they ever set foot in your home — so you can feel completely comfortable about who's on your property.

What if I still see pests between my scheduled visits?

Just call us — we'll come back out for a free service call between your regular visits, at no extra charge. Keeping the pests gone is our job, not yours.

Do you require long-term contracts?

No, you have options. We offer flexible month-to-month service with no commitment, or longer-term plans (including quarterly service) backed by our full satisfaction guarantee — whichever works best for your home and your budget.

What payment methods do you accept?

We make paying easy — we accept all major credit and debit cards, ACH bank transfers, checks, cash, and Zelle.

Do I have to leave my home during the service?

In most cases, no — you generally don't need to leave, and you don't even need to be home. Just make arrangements with us ahead of time (gate codes, pets, any problem areas to point out). For specific heavy-duty treatments that require respirator equipment, we'll let you know in advance.

¿Hablan español? / Do you speak Spanish?

¡Sí! We're glad to help you in both English and Spanish — just let us know which you prefer.

How long does it take to see results?

While it depends on the specific pest and level of infestation, you can typically expect to see significant results within one to two weeks.

Why shouldn't I just do it myself (DIY)?

Store-bought sprays are often temporary solutions that don't address the root cause. We use an Integrated Pest Management (IPM) approach to identify the source and create a barrier that prevents future infestations, which is safer and more cost-effective long-term.

Is Town & Country a national chain?

No. Town & Country Pest Solutions is a locally owned and operated family business serving the Greater Orlando Area — including Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Windermere, and Dr. Phillips.

What are your hours?

We're open Monday–Friday 8 AM–6 PM and Saturday 8 AM–12 PM, closed Sundays. Outside those hours, reach out through our website or by text and we'll get right back to you.
