- Workload Relief LLC — our third-party messaging service provider, which sends automated text messages on our behalf
- Twilio — the platform used to deliver SMS messages, which is bound by its own privacy obligations
- FieldworkHQ — our field service management software, used to schedule and track pest control jobs
4. How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving text messages from us at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. Once your opt-out is processed, you will not receive further automated messages unless you opt back in.
You may also contact us directly to request opt-out or data deletion (see Section 8).
5. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies. In most cases, you will receive between 1 and 5 text messages per interaction — for example, a follow-up after a missed call or a review request after a completed service. We do not send ongoing marketing blasts.
6. Carrier Disclaimer
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Data Security
We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure platforms for message delivery and restricted access to stored data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
